The A4 Circus ensemble will seduce audiences with powerful circus routines underpinned with poignant tales of love in their first ever tour of regional Victoria.

DownPour is inspired by Fyodor Dostoevsky’s classic short story White Nights. Re-imagined within a physical framework, the performer’s unique set of circus skills are used to consider and emotionalise this story of love, new love and lost love.

DownPour is a show with a beating heart. Four extraordinary performers juggle, balance, contort and hula their way through the quicksand of life and love. A4 Circus Ensemble was established in early 2009 by two graduates of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus. After a long association with this nationally & internationally recognised company these gradautes are passionate about circus.
