Cafe Concert Series

General Store – Sunday 14 September, 4.30 for 5.00pm, Mansfield Performing Arts Centre, View St, Mansfield
“General Store” will provide beautifully executed jazz, blues and swing through to samba music.
Their repertoire includes Burt Baccharach classics like "Walk On By" to standards from the great shows such as "I've Grown Accustomed To His Face" from "My Fair Lady". The band established itself by playing regularly at “Merricks Genreal Store” on the Mornington Penninsula. As their name suggests, they have a general store of all the things you need for a good night of jazz and song. Just add your own wine and friends.

Tickets available NOW for General Store and Bric-a-Brac - at Wallaby Ritz, Mansfield.
$20 pre-booked or $25 at door (until sold out)

Bric-a-Brac

Bric-a-Brac – Sunday 2 November, 4.30 for 5.00pm, Jamieson Memorial Hall
During the High Country Festival on Sunday 2nd November, the Café Concert Series will end with an upbeat, danceable band by the name of “Bric-a-Brac”. This vibrant 5 piece group pay tribute to French music and also borrow music from other cultures and sing it in French anyway. The theatrical front man will have you believing that Mic Jagger always sang in French. Bric-a-Brac’s repertoire includes Parisian folklore as well as music from Louisiana, Quebec, Brittany & North Africa. They also sneak in some cleverly camouflaged renditions of great music from unlikely sources such as the Rolling Stones, Mozart and they even throw in a rollicking Sea Shanty for good measure.

Tickets available NOW for General Store and Bric-a-Brac - at Wallaby Ritz, Mansfield.
$20 pre-booked or $25 at door (until sold out)
